Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. The 30 day mark starts at the time of shipment of the order. If 30 days have passed since the shipment date, then we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returned items are subject to a 35% restocking fee (subject to change). Any product that has been installed, used, or damaged will not be refundable. You must contact us before shipping a return. If no contact is made prior to shipment, then the returned item(s) will be refused at delivery.

You are responsible for any shipping costs that are incurred on the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item valued at $75+ you should consider using a shipping method with tracking information and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the return has been received. We will also inform you whether the return has been accepted or rejected. If approved, we will process your refund (please see section marked Refunds for further information on the refund process.)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. We typically process refunds at the end of the business week. Once a refund is issued, it normally takes anywhere from 3 to 10 business days for a credit to be reflected on your account depending upon your financial institution. 

All Route fees are non-refundable. Any Route fees paid will not be included on refunds issued by IHC Suspension.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you do not see a credit reflected after 10 business days after the issue date, then you will need to contact your financial institution for further information. If you don’t believe that you received a refund yet, check your bank account for any pending deposits. If you do not see a pending deposit, please contact your financial institution as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our Accounting Department.

Sale & Custom Items

F-150 Performance Kits and any kit marked as a custom kit are not eligible for return or refund. Refunds are only issued for regularly priced and/or non-custom items. Sale items can not be returned or refunded. 

Exchanges

We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged (please see section marked Shipping) upon arrival. If you need to replace/exchange an item, send an email to our Tech Department and we will determine whether the item is eligible for an exchange.

Shipping

We offer Route Shipping Insurance at checkout to help cover any shipping issues that may occur during the shipping process. This service is offered to benefit our customers in the event of a shipping discrepancy. You can visit the Route website to learn further about their services. IHC Suspension does not determine whether a claim is approved or denied by Route. All Route fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur during the shipping process. We will not be able to issue a refund or replacement if you choose to opt out of this service or your claim is denied by Route.
