Your product(s) must be purchased either directly, or through one of our IHC Suspension | Authorized Dealer Proof of purchase will be required. Without this information, warranty claims will be void.
The warranty covers product replacement only. The warranty will never be a parts cost refund. The warranty will never cover any collateral damage costs.
If you believe you have an IHC part that has failed and may be covered under warranty, you must first make a WARRANTY CLAIM. Once you have submitted your claim information you will be contacted within 2 business days with further instructions.
All parts to be considered for warranty replacement must first be inspected by a representative of IHC Suspension. If the part(s) in question is deemed to have failed in a way other than installation/user error. The customer will be provided with a replacement part(s) of equal or improved quality.
No replacement parts will ever be provided to a customer before an inspection of the failed part(s) by an IHC Suspension representative.
BALL JOINTS, BUSHING, and SHOCKS have a 6-month warranty from the DATE of purchase.
The warranty excludes all threads. Ball joint threads, airbag threads, and any type of hardware provided by IHC go through an inspection before shipping. If you have stripped threads this is an installation error, not a manufacturing defect.
The warranty excludes airbags and dust boots. All airbags/dust boots go through an inspection before shipping. If the airbag or dust boot is torn, ripped, slit, or damaged it’s NOT COVERED.
IHC Suspension has a lifetime warranty on all metal parts. This warranty is against any manufacturer defects, premature wear, or breakage. Drive it, race it, jump it. If the metal breaks, we will replace it.
